Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment methods

Credit Cards- We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Check and U.S. Money Orders. We do not accept Cash or Travelers Checks.


PayPal - Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.


Your Online Order will come to us through our Secure Server. We assure you that your information is secure here at the store and will only be accessible to the staff members handling your request. We will not sell, rent, or give away your name or contact information to anyone. 


We ship all domestic packages via United States Postal Service Priority mail (this includes insurance within the United States).

International orders are shipped first class international shipping via USPS when possible.  This does not include insurance and includes only limited tracking. We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed international packages as delivery to countries other than the US as there is little way to track down lost packages. The US postal service tracks these packages until they are sent abroad, and there is often little information available to us after that time.

For all international orders, the cost of shipping will vary depending on where you are shipping to, what is being shipped and how quickly you wish to receive your package.

As you checkout, you will have the option to select expedited options, if you are eligible. The availability and fulfillment of expedited shipping and delivery depends on the destination and the time the order is placed.

What days does Soul Care Crystals ship packages?

We head to the post office twice a week, on Tuesday and Friday.

How long does it take to ship?

Please allow a processing time of 3 to 10 business days from the time of placing your order for your order to ship.  We will contact you if we anticipate a major delay in the order!


We want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal! We offer returns within two weeks of the date your package was delivered as long as the item is returned in its original condition.  Shipping charges are not refundable. If there is a problem with your item, please contact us immediately so we can address the situation right away. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


To return your product, please contact us so we can provide shipping instructions. Please note we ask you to cover the return shipping cost because we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping. 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also refund your original method of purchase. If you receive a refund, the initial shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.


Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.


To complete your return, we require the item returned to us along with your order number.


All purchases made during sale events or Instagram sales are final.


Sale and Auction items are final sale. No refunds will be given.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation.
